  • Drainage Planning software allows you to maximize and utilize all your topography maps.
  • Adding in profile lines allows to see how much cutting and filling you will have to do as you put in new and existing flow paths.
  • Take note as you lay out the profile line you get a running statistic from the location of your starting point. This information is at the bottom of the window.
  • Stats you will find on the lower address line as you layout a profile line - Distance, Rise/Fall, Cut/Fill and the actual Grade %.
  • Once you have laid out a profile line, you get a profile of the soil surface that can be seen at the bottom of the window.
  • With the profile lines you can add a grade line to get a better view of the amount of work that needs to be done.
  • Use your mouse to follow the grade line and you get the information of how far you are below the soil surface.
